Lobster Banh Mi, a creation of Shyla Enoul, emerged as a branch under the Saigon Deli umbrella located in Flowery Branch, Georgia. This establishment prides itself on delivering the essence of Vietnamese cuisine through its renowned noodle soups, Banh Mi, and an assortment of rolls.

Shyla Bham Enoul, celebrated for her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership in the culinary industry, holds the title of Chef, Founder, and Owner at the esteemed Lobster Banh Mi. Her prowess has earned her accolades from Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for her unwavering commitment, noteworthy accomplishments, and authoritative leadership in the realm of restaurant management.
As a venerated business visionary and gastronomic pioneer, Ms. Enoul has flourished in her role as chef, creator, and proprietor of a suite of eateries across Virginia, Maryland, and Georgia. Her portfolio includes the fusion-inspired Lobster Banh Mi, the Vietnamese noodle haven John Pho 'n Bar, and her inaugural venture Vietnam 75 which has been under her guidance since 1995. Lending her expertise as a consultant, she has also played a pivotal role in the growth of Saigon Deli in Georgia. In addition to her culinary ventures, Ms. Enoul has ventured into real estate investment, aligning with USA Castle Realty Inc. in Georgia.
Ms. Enoul's academic journey commenced at George Mason University, where she garnered a Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1992. She furthered her credentials with a certification as a public accountant from the Virginia Board of Accountancy in 1995 and embraced spiritual studies to become a reverend practitioner with the Wisdom of the Heart Church in 2009. Her scholarly pursuits continued, culminating in a Doctor of Philosophy in metaphysical theology from the University of Metaphysical Sciences in Arcata, California, in 2010. Currently, she is expanding her educational horizon by pursuing a Master of Arts in political international relations at Queen Mary University of London and a Master of Science in leadership at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Ms. Enoul's culinary establishments have received commendable features in The Atlanta-Journal Constitution on several occasions. The year 2020 marked a milestone with her restaurants being heralded as the Best of Hall County, Georgia, and subsequent accolades followed as the Best of Atlanta by Atlanta Magazine in both 2021 and 2022.
Her leadership excellence has been further recognized with the prestigious title of "Top CEO of the Year" for 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals. Furthermore, she graced the 2023 Honoree of Top Business Owners list in Forbes (Featured April/May 2023), and was celebrated as a 2022 Honoree of Distinguished Leaders in The Wall Street Journal (Featured December 28, 2022).
Crediting her impressive success to a relentless pursuit of knowledge, patience, fervent passion, self-assurance, and a laid-back demeanor that seeks joy, Ms. Enoul cherishes the privilege of being able to continually engage in her fields of expertise.
